Read the offer before paying
Warm Path is in development and does not take payments through this website. Paid offers, their prices and their conditions are shown in the app before purchase. Warm Path has no subscriptions. Each payment is for the separate offer you choose; a previous purchase does not authorise a later charge.
Check the displayed price, currency, taxes, benefit and any applicable usage conditions before confirming through Google Play. Each offer identifies what you are buying and the conditions that apply to it. The accepted offer, applicable store rules and consumer law determine the benefit and remedies associated with your transaction.
LMH BACKYARD BUZZ LLC provides Warm Path. You can contact support@warmpath.net about a purchase issue without creating a Warm Path account. Keeping the store receipt and relevant offer description helps us distinguish the transaction from any other payment.
Help us locate the payment and the issue
For a missing benefit, an apparent duplicate charge or a paid feature that failed, email the available Google Play order reference, approximate purchase date and a description of what happened. Explain what was expected and what is missing or incorrect. If a detail is unknown, say so. Accurate support information does not mean a creative prompt must depict a real event.
Do not send your Google password, sign-in codes, full card number or bank credentials. If a receipt or screenshot helps, remove unrelated personal and payment details. A Warm Path login is not required, and you can contact us even when the app is inaccessible. Additional information, if needed, should be proportionate to locating and verifying the purchase.
The suitable response depends on the issue: supplying a missing benefit, correcting a transaction record or reviewing a refund may be appropriate. A subjective preference for a different result is distinct from a faulty, misdescribed or unsupplied feature. We assess the actual offer and circumstances without treating AI uncertainty as an automatic answer to a valid defect claim.
Google Play's review and payment process
You can use Google Play's refund-request route for a purchase made through its billing system. Its rules vary with what was purchased, the circumstances, when and how payment was made and the user's location. Use Google's current help page for the applicable process, including the separate route for a charge you did not authorise.
We can help with the Warm Path part of a transaction and review a request under the applicable rules. Google and the payment provider control parts of the decision, payment processing and return of funds, so we do not promise a particular approval or payment-return time. Follow the decision and status information for your actual order.
A store's discretionary process is not the sole source of your rights. If a legal remedy may apply, explain the problem even if the ordinary store refund route is unavailable or its standard window has passed. You may pursue the available review route without first giving up a claim to us or another lawful avenue.
What happens to a refunded benefit
When a refund or payment reversal is approved, the associated paid benefit may be withdrawn or adjusted to reflect that decision. We reconcile the transaction concerned; an unrelated valid purchase is not automatically removed. Mandatory consumer rights and any terms of the decision remain applicable to the adjustment.
If an approval is not reflected correctly, or access changes more broadly than the refunded purchase warrants, contact support with the available order reference and decision information. Do not send store credentials. We can investigate the difference between the payment record and the benefit shown in the app.
Credible signs of payment abuse may require a proportionate review, but a good-faith refund request, dispute or report of an unauthorised payment is not abuse by itself. We do not make every refund conditional on surrendering other purchases, agreeing to unrelated terms or withdrawing a privacy request.
Deleting data and requesting a refund are different
Uninstalling the app or deleting Warm Path user data does not automatically open a refund case or erase Google's separate payment records. If you want both deletion and purchase assistance, say so. You can make those requests together, and completing a purchase investigation is not a condition for requesting deletion.
Keep your own receipt or order reference if a transaction may need review after deletion. Where records must be independently retained for accounting, a dispute or another lawful purpose, their use remains limited to that purpose. They cannot preserve creation media, prompts, task information, metadata or associations after the creation-data deadline.
Deletion is not an automatic forfeiture of a legal purchase remedy. Tell support if removal of app records has left an unresolved question about a valid paid benefit. We may need proportionate information to identify the transaction, without requiring a new Warm Path registration or unnecessary access to your Google account.
Remedies protected by law
Applicable consumer law may provide remedies for content or services that are faulty, misdescribed or not supplied as agreed. It may also provide a right to withdraw from a purchase. This policy does not make all digital purchases non-refundable or impose a single refund deadline across countries and circumstances.
Where early supply of digital content or services affects a statutory withdrawal right, the purchase process must provide the information and obtain the request, consent or acknowledgment required by the relevant law. Reading this page does not waive that right. Protections applicable in the United States, United Kingdom, European Union or another jurisdiction remain available when their legal conditions are met.
Store policies can offer further options without replacing mandatory protections. If you disagree with a decision, you can seek the applicable store review, contact us with further relevant information or use an available regulator or court process. Contacting support does not suspend a legal deadline or require you to abandon another lawful remedy.
