The material a creation involves
Warm Path supports image-to-video, video templates and AI images. To fulfil a request, the app processes the source material you choose, any prompt or settings you provide, the template selection and the resulting images or videos. Android's system Photo Picker lets you choose source images. Supply only material you are entitled to use and avoid unnecessary private or sensitive details.
Creation information means more than the media files. It includes previews, task identifiers, processing status, timestamps, parameters, metadata, links between records and copies of those items. These records help carry out a request and return its result. A description of a task in a log or support attachment is also creation information; moving it to another system does not change that classification.
The public website introduces the app but does not accept uploads or process generation requests. Its concept artwork is not an app screenshot or a result produced by Warm Path. The app is in development, with its Google Play release coming soon.
Self-hosted generation and operational services
Generation takes place on servers that we host and control, rather than solely on your phone. We do not send creative requests, inputs or results to a third-party AI generation provider. We do not perform facial recognition or extract biometric identity information. An image of someone can still contain personal information, so the absence of identity analysis does not remove the need for permission and care.
Operational providers can support hosting, communications and Google Play purchasing. These roles are distinct from AI generation. Adjust is used only for installation-source attribution with necessary technical signals. We do not send Adjust creation information, support content or purchase events. The Privacy Policy explains operational information, disclosures and the rights available to you.
A service request is not training permission
No user data is used to train AI. This applies to prompts, source images, generated images and videos, as well as service records, support messages and purchase information. It is not limited to a particular model or a particular category of media.
Providing material gives us only the processing permission needed to supply the requested service and handle associated support and safety matters. It does not give us ownership of your inputs, permission to publish them for an unrelated purpose or permission to keep them as a training collection. The Terms of Service explain input rights, output limitations and the permissions you need when your material includes other people's work or likenesses.
One deadline for the entire creation
We remove all information associated with a creation within 36 hours from the start of the upload. If there is no upload, the period starts when the prompt is submitted. The output from that request uses the same deadline: completion, a copy, a retry within that request, a support attachment or an internal transfer does not start another retention window. You do not need to ask for this ordinary deletion.
The deadline covers inputs and outputs, prompts, template choices, settings, task IDs and status, timestamps, metadata, associations and all copies. It applies across every system we control and any system processing on our behalf, including task records, logs, support attachments, caches and backups. It is not limited to a generation server or to image and video files.
Independent records may be needed for accounting, payment disputes, security, fraud prevention or another legal purpose. They cannot preserve creation content, metadata or associations beyond this deadline. Retaining a purchase record or the fact that a support matter was handled is not an exception allowing us to retain the creation itself. Files you export to your device or send to another service are separate copies that you control outside this process.
Deletion, reporting and questions
You can request removal of app-user information in Personal Settings or by emailing support@warmpath.net. Email remains available if you cannot open the app, and neither route requires a Warm Path login. We may need limited information to identify the records and verify the request. Save any result you need before deletion; erased creation information cannot be recovered from our records.
To report a problem with generated content, use the report option on its detail page without leaving the app. Email is an additional option for content and rights concerns. A report does not extend the creation deadline. Describe the issue without forwarding illegal content or unnecessary personal information.
LMH BACKYARD BUZZ LLC is responsible for the processing described here. The Privacy Policy explains additional rights and complaint routes. The deletion page explains both request methods and the limited handling of independent records. These notices do not make acceptance of the Terms a substitute for any separate consent required by law.
